UX Research Toolkit

Design decisions shape how people think. The least we can do is make those decisions informed.

My academic work in neuroscience and behavioral economics — Kahneman's dual-process theory, Thaler and Sunstein's nudge frameworks, Tristan Harris's work on humane technology — taught me that interfaces don't just serve users, they shape them. That conviction drives everything I build: if we're going to design systems people depend on, the research behind them has to be rigorous, accessible, and repeatable.

These resources are the infrastructure I've built at every organization I've joined — the French Ministry of Defense, Jellyfish, Marigold, Zeta Global. Methodology guides, intake processes, workshop frameworks, feedback systems. They exist so that research-informed design becomes the default operating mode, not something that depends on one person advocating for it.
